N is for New

We love new. It keeps things exciting and always gives us lots to look forward to.
What new things are happening here?
New location
We're in the middle of moving from the City to the Country! From Bristol to North Devon that is! We're currently staying with family in North Devon as the builders had to go in to our old place to replace our bathroom and our new house is not yet ready to move into. I love North Devon!
New house
I'm incredibly excited about this. Our old house was a coach house. It was okay and was in a nice area. We didn't have a garden but we did have lots of big parks within walking distance and a small trail through the woods that was lovely in the Summer.
Our new house has a garden (yippee!) which sits a few metres from North Devon's famous Tarka Trail running alongside the River Torridge. We're only a few miles from the nearest beach - go a little further and there are many more beaches to explore. There's also lots of country side and miles of back-roads waiting to be walked. There will be lots of painting and redecorating going on throughout the house as soon as we move in too. Our date to move in now is the 30th of this month.
New baby
5-6 weeks after moving in to our new house, mums baby is due! If you read my B is for Baby Brother post you'll already know that I'm incredibly excited about this! Hospital bags are getting fuller by the day and I can't wait to meet my little brother for the first time.
New friends
With a new location comes new friends! I've already made lots and continue to make more every day. There are lots of friendly dog beaches here full of friendly dogs and owners. We've already met two other French Bulldogs!

Wow! Lots of exciting things are happening for you and your family Bernie! I hope your mummy isn't too stressed out with everything that's going on though! Wilf is so pretty!

Bernie, you really used the letter "N" well. Lot's of stuff happening and all of it sounds so exciting. The boys and I will have to keep checking in on you to learn of all your "New" adventures.
