Follow-Up Friday

Posted on Friday, 9 May 2014

Did anyone notice that we completely forgot last Friday's Follow-Up post? No? Oh, good lol. We must have still been recovering from the exhaustive blogging of April's challenge!

This means we'll be going back a little further to cover the posts we completely forgot about!

If this is the first time you've seen one of our Follow-Up Friday posts, it's basically where we wrap up the week by responding to some of our readers comments and questions :)

X is for X-hausted - 28 April 2014

Finley Jayne said: I follow a ridiculous amount of blogs that are cat themed (for some reason, most of the book review blogs I follow tend to have small armies of cats, lol). It's refreshing to see a dog themed blog :) Now following! Stopping by to say 'hi' from the A-Z Challenge!

Yay a new follower! We can't say we're the biggest fans of cats. They're quite terrifying - although we have nothing against the owners :) We're glad you enjoyed our blog and even happier to hear you have added us to your reading list. Thank you!

M. K. Clinton asked: X-cellent post! When are you x-pecting the new baby?

Very clever, we see what you did there ;) My baby brother is due 8th June although we're pretty sure he's going to end up coming a few weeks before. He's measuring above and beyond what he should - and has done throughout the pregnancy. This is mum's first and she began showing at 11 weeks! Mum was born at 38 weeks so she thinks she may give birth around the same time as her pregnancy has been very similar to how her mum's was with her.

Z is for Zzz - 30 April 2014

Taryn said: Nothing cuter than a Frenchie! New to your blog...It's wonderful. Great photographs!

We couldn't agree more with that first statement. Glad you found us and enjoyed the blog. Mum needs to start getting the camera out a bit more again. She's getting too preoccupied with the move and the baby. More attention on me please!

Deborah Taylor-French said: Cute photograph, cute doggie, enjoy a lovely nap and don't mind me hopping on and off. Yes, and congratulations on taking on and completing the challenge.

Thank you, thank you :) We really did enjoy the challenge and we're so proud of ourselves for completing it. We must admit, we did feel like giving up some days. It's so hard to find a good 'bloggable' theme for every letter.

Meet Boris - 1 May 2014

Ruckus Eskie asked That tiny black thing is a dog? I wouldn't believe it either! Happy Thoughtless Thursday! Btw, Boris and Bernie. I like it!

Apparently he was half the size when mum met him the week before. I probably wouldn't have even noticed him if I'd met him then. We really like his name although family have commented that when we're together I look more like a 'Boris' and him a 'Bernie' lol. I think his and his sister's names go together pretty awesome: Bella & Boris.

We love Woolacombe - 2 May 2014

Stacey van horn said: Our dogs like to swim and we are planning to take them for their first trip to the beach soon. We are really looking forward to it. I love smooshed faces and have just fallen for Bernie. He is just too adorable for words.

Give me a good sandy beach any day as long as the tide is WELL out! I'm not a fan of the water at all and I certainly have no idea how to swim - some Frenchies can swim but I doubt I'd be one of them. I hope you enjoy your first trip to the beach - Don't forget the camera! Thanks for that last comment too, you've made me blush :)

Monday Mischief: Monkey Murder - 5 May 2014

M. K. Clinton said: I never believed that you were guilty Bernie! You just look too innocent. It was probably an exploding monkey too! Better yet, it probably pee'd in the utility room before it exploded!!!

Do ya know what?! That's EXACTLY what happened!! ;) That makes so much more sense than what I wrote happened hehe. I shall come to you from now on when I need help with my excuses.

Wordless Wednesday: Sunset Silhouette - 6 May 2014

Anu @petnetiosaid: It looks so peaceful there! - Petnetio Anu

It really is. Most of Devon is in fact. We made the best decision when it came to moving back. This beach is only a 5 minute drive from our house and when the tide is out it just goes on forever.

Apologies for lack of photos today... We're currently moving house!!!

Follow-Up Sunday

Posted on Sunday, 27 April 2014

It's Sunday which means we get a get a day off from the Blogging from A to Z Challenge. In fact, it's our LAST Sunday off as the challenge ends on Wednesday! After that, these Follow-Up posts will go back to being posted on Fridays.

This post generally wraps up the week by responding to your comments and questions that have been left on our posts over the past week :)

R is for Reptiles - 21 April 2014

Harleo - Adventures of Two Golden Doodles said: Now Bernie - you taught me lots today. I would have never guessed that bearded dragons responded to their names! I found the entire post - fascinating. Don't get it twisted, I still love reading about you :) but I enjoyed learning something about reptiles. It was an added bonus to this blogging challenge.

I couldn't not feature those little critters in my challenge really. I love those little guys, they really are quite smart - they let you know when they want to come out the vivarium for some adventure time too. Dad will take them out and let them run around the floor with me. Brian will try to jump on my head to dominate me but she never succeeds. If they run and hide under the sofa or the cupboards I will lie in front of their chosen hideout to let mum know where they've disappeared too. I'm like a Bearded Dragon babysitter really lol.

S is for Seaside - 22 April 2014

Arran in Focus said: Both my dogs love the beach, swimming in the sea, long runs on the sand and of course grinding into dead seabirds!

Oh yes! How could I forget dead seabirds! I have to admit I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to water so it takes a lot of encouragement from mum to get me to dip my toes in the sea. When I get caught by a small wave I just panic and freeze! I'm getting better though!

SlimDoggy said: Lots of "S" words today - I think I like the sunset the best.

That's our favourite photo out of the bunch too. Dad actually took that one on his camera phone as we completely forgot to take the good camera with us. We're really impressed with how it came out. 'S' day was an easy one for us, unlike R, Q, U, V. We're dreading the 'X' post tomorrow - we have no idea what to blog about!

T is for Tricks - 23 April 2014

BichonFrise Ted said: That's fab! I would say my fave is roll over I do it whenever I want something even when not asked just to see if it will work and I get what I wanted :D sneaky! X x

Wow, I'm jealous Ted! That's an awesome trick to know! I can't do roll over... I'm like a beetle - I get stuck on my back lol x

Andrea @ This Pug Life said: I'm impressed! And you have some huge "guns" in that high-five photo.

Well hello fellow squishy faced friend! I've been working out recently ;) I'm glad to hear it's paying off lol

U is for Unleashed - 24 April 2014

M. K. Clinton said: Great info! As much as Bentley and I love each other, I simply cannot let him off lead. He has free run in the privacy fenced backyard. Being a Basset Hound, when he picks up a scent, I don't think that he'd respond to me holding a T-bone steak! Haha!

Lol oh Bentley, that's hilarious. I don't doubt your love for each other - it doesn't take much for a dog to love his human unconditionally. Mmm, I fancy a T-bone steak now!

V is for Voice - 25 April 2014

Hawkeye BrownDog said: Hi Y'all! My Humans WISH I'd only bark on command! Good trick Bernie! Thanks for visitin'. Y'all come back now, Hawk aka BrownDog

Haha oh dear. My friends Wilf, Toby and Dave are all here during the day (whilst we stay with gran and gramps) and all they do all day is bark! It frightens the life out of me and mum. We're not used to living in a noisy house - we like our peace and quite :)

Rascal and Rocco said: Great performance! And the yodeling dog is adorable, too. Makes me want to go out and get a Frenchie of my own. too cute! Thanks for sharing on the Pet Parade

Maybe mum will just happen to catch me doing my yodeling one day so I can share it with you all. Mum says it's a hilarious sight to see. She watched many a video before she got me - I'm surprised there's not five of us running around her feet by now! She say's she doubts any other Frenchie would be as wonderful as me and therefore doesn't want to get another only to be let down.

W is for Wainwrights - 26 April 2014

Harleo - Adventures of Two Golden Doodles said: There's nothing better than a dog who loves his food, and a that food is good for him! Bon Appetite

I'm a bulldog! I love all things edible! :D I'm very thankful that my mum knows which foods and good and which are not so good for me. She does have to be quite strict with me as I have such a sensitive tummy - another bulldog trait I believe.

M. K. Clinton said: You make me want a French Bulldog so much!!

Haha! We expect to see all our followers with French Bulldog puppies by the end of the year ;)

Thank you to everyone else who left kind comments on our blog! We'd be here all day if we responded to them all! Happy Black and White Sunday!

Follow-Up Sunday

Posted on Sunday, 20 April 2014

It's Sunday which means we get a day off from the 'Blogging from A to Z Challenge'. We wouldn't feel right if we didn't post at all though so we've moved our Follow-Up Friday posts to Sundays for the duration of the April Challenge.

This post generally wraps up the week by responding to your comments and questions that you have left over the past week.

L is for Little Ham - 14 April 2014

M. K. Clinton said: Little Ham is so funny. I love the name Bernie though. You are too adorable!

I like the name Bernie too, I've yet to meet another Bernie actually! Apparently mum had been decided on my name for well over a year and just before I was born, chose Bernie. She said it was perfect as I couldn't have suited it more. I was such a calm chunky pup apparently, while both my sisters were flippin' bonkers.

Me, You and Zu said: I love your new nickname, it's very fitting! I also love how the picture is all your L's in one place!

We were quite impressed with the photo and how it fit so nicely in with all the L's too! We didn't even notice until we'd uploaded it. What a result!

M is for Meme - 15 April 2014

Kari Neumeyer said: I love it! Can you share Batman's secret identity?

Unfortunately not. I have been sworn to secrecy! And you really don't want to mess with The Batman, trust me. He's already threatened to run me over with the Bat-Mobile because I pee'd on Robin the other day. It was an accident - I didn't see him, honest!

N is for New - 16 April 2014

BichonFrise Ted said: Some excited things to come then! Your new house sounds like it's in such a beautiful location very jealous I wish I lived near a beach. Love Ted x x

Ted, it's amazing. I've been to the beach at least twice a week since we've been here. You'd absolutely love it! I've met so many nice Bichon friends down here too. You Bichons are pretty cool! - I never knew!

Jessica French said: Wow! Lots of exciting things are happening for you and your family Bernie! I hope your mummy isn't too stressed out with everything that's going on though! Wilf is so pretty! I would love to live in Devon, or even visit! I love the countryside, so much better than the city! Lots of love, Jessica, Charlie Boy, Roman and Brooke xxxx

She's a little stressed, I would be too. I'm doing my best by giving her cuddles when she needs them and by licking her face in the mornings to make sure she wakes up on the right side of the bed. I have to agree, the country is SO much better! This move was the best thing we did x

Jenna,Mark Drady said: Awwww!!!!! That was so cute! Well said!!!! We love ya Bernie! And you are incredibly adorable, and not in an ugly way either!!! thanks for linking up with us! ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack

Thank you :) That's so nice of you. Thank you for the kind comment and for stopping by.

P is for Puppy Photos - 18 April 2014

OhMyShihTzu said: oMST!!! No wonder you turned out so cute!!! You were a cute puppy too!

Don't you know it?! Mum's surprised the breeder let me go! She would have kept me if she didn't already have an entire male Staffordshire Bull Terrier under her roof. Apparently someone came in and offered double what my mum paid but the lady that bred me said "No way, the right home is more important than any amount of money". What a heart of gold :)

Q is for Quotes - 19 April 2014

M. K. Clinton said: As a fellow quote-aholic, I salute you! Haha! Those are wonderful and fit the pictures so well! Have a great weekend!

Thank you for the kind comments. We really enjoyed creating these photos to put this post together. Hope you had a lovely weekend.

Harleo - Adventures of Two Golden Doodles said: I love them all, but the first photo along with the first quote is my favorite! Happy Easter Bernie

That one is also our favourite, we're glad you enjoyed it too. Happy Easter to you too.

Follow-Up Sunday

Posted on Sunday, 13 April 2014

It's Sunday which means we get a day off from the 'Blogging from A to Z Challenge'. We wouldn't feel right if we didn't post at all though so we've moved our Follow-Up Friday posts to Sundays for the duration of the April Challenge.

This post generally wraps up the week by responding to your comments and questions that you have left over the past week.

F is for French Bulldog - 7 April 2014

BichonFrise Ted said: Hey Bernie! Great post...I love the nicknames and I know how it feels when people think your something your not...people always think I'm a poodle :/ Ted x x

But Bichon's are such a well known breed! More so than Frenchies here in the UK! You're clearly not a Poodle Ted :)

Happy Healthy Dog said: Frenchies are definitely one of my favourite breeds. But then having Griffons I'm biased to those squishy faces! I love the "looking like a loaf of bread" comment LOL

Ooh, me and mum love Griffons. There used to be one in my old ringcraft class and he was such a dude. Mum goes bananas over anything flat faced. She's so embarrassing to take out in public.

Kari Neumeyer said: I kinda need to see a picture of your butt, now.
Whitley Westie said: Yeah, I finks we all need to see dis Jesus-lookin butt.

Here you go lol

G is for Grooming 8 April 2014

Kari Neumeyer said: You are so cute... cute enough to make me forget about all the poop and dead bird remnants in your face folds!

That cute eh?! That's pretty darn cute! Thank you :D Now I'm cute AND I smell good! Watch out ladies!

Genki said: Whoah, pal, look how still you hold in the sink. I try to wriggle my way out whenever I get bathed! I did not even know that something like a Nail Grinder exists, my humans use clippers to cut my nails, but I think they have only done that like once? Usually they are pretty short, but we will look into that Nail Grinder thingy.

I hate hate hate nail clippers. They squeeze my nails and it hurts. Since mum got these nifty grinders I don't mind having my nails done at all. It doesn't even hurt if she goes a little too short and gets the quick. They get all paws up from me every time!

Flea said: Omigoodness! What a routine! That's pretty comprehensive! Our new puppy needs a good grooming, but I'm not sure how to go about it. The Aussies have always been easy. Hmm.

I don't get bathed that often, maybe every 4 - 5 months. I don't need brushing too often and only shed a couple days twice a year. My nails get trimmed every 2 weeks, enough so that you can't hear them tapping on the flooring. My ears get cleaned every 2 weeks as well. My eyes and face get cleaned at least once a day every day.

H is for History - 9 April 2014

kaykuala said: The richness of historical facts here are just fantastic. Never knew the little 'frenchies' went through even across the Atlantic in its development. Great write Bernie! Hank

I'm glad you enjoyed it. I love history so it was fantastic to read mine. Thanks for stopping by :)

Kari Neumeyer said: Very interesting. I've learned a lot from you, Bernie.

I feel like the challenge has really bought this blog on. We're so glad we took part, it's really making us look at blogging differently.

Jen deHaan | DOGthusiast.com | StylishCanine.com said: Fascinating! I recently drew a Frenchie, and adored the ears but didn't know the history behind it. Great post!

I would LOVE to see your drawing!

I is for Interview - 10 April 2014

Marci Koski
said: Bernie and Louise - you two are too cute! So glad I bumped into this blog during the A to Z Challenge - I have 5 cats myself, but I love all animals! :) marci

Thank you, we're glad you dropped by too! I'm not a great fan of cats - been tormented by too many in the past but I'm sure yours are lovely...

M. K. Clinton said: Thanks for giving me a chance to know you both of you better! It was a great interview.
SlimDoggy said: Great use for the letter I - good to get to know you better!
Jane said: aww this is the sweetest interview ever. i love these types of posts!

Thank you all! We really enjoyed putting this post together so it's great to hear good feedback on it.

J is for Junk food - 11 April 2014

tubby3pug said: We feed orijen and wellness core grain free varieties. I do have an issue with Ping who has liver disease. We were home cooking but she wasnt doing well on that diet so we briefly switched to Hills Liver diet which I HATED to do. Now I found a fromm formula that is mostly fish and potato and so may be good for hte liver. The grain free diets our other dogs eat are just too rich for her due to the liver disease. retro rover

Orijen, Wellness and Fromm are all very good foods. We just had a quick look at the ingredients of the Hills Liver Diet - Oh dear! The first listed ingredient in the canned food is water and the food also contains chicken liver flavour?! as well as corn gluten meal?! Wayyy too many scientific names in there for us to make sense of too. We like to do things nice and natural here. We're big fans of Dorwest and think their Milk Thistle Tablets may be of interest to you.

Rascal and Rocco said: Thanks for putting it all out there so I know for sure what to look for. I've been thinking I'm providing good food, I know meat should be the first ingredient, and not by-products or corn. But now I am more confident I know what foods are best. It's so sad that anyone makes unhealthy pet foods. Shouldn't we care about what we put in our pets bodies? They don't have a choice after all. Thank you for sharing on the Pet Parade!

We looked at a lot of other sites and they tend to just tell you what to look out for without actually naming and shaming the food brands themselves. Well, we don't give a toss and like to tell it how it is :) Unfortunately it's all in the advertising with those big companies. If they took all that money they pay for advertising and put it into developing a food we're positive they'd actually come out with something half decent!

Follow-Up Sunday

Posted on Sunday, 6 April 2014

Welcome to our second 'Follow-Up Friday' post! Yes, we're aware it's Sunday but we're taking part in the 'Blogging from A to Z Challenge' this month you see?! We're so dedicated that we're not making any other posts but those for the challenge.

The good thing is, you get a break from the challenge on Sundays!

Our first 'Follow-Up Friday' post was such a success that we wanted to continue it! By temporarily moving it to Sunday, we've been able to! Aren't we the clever clogs :P

Every Sunday throughout April we will be wrapping up the week by responding to some of our reader's comments and questions that have been kindly left on our posts.

M. K. Clinton asked: Bernie, you are adorable! How old are you? What fun with Dad!!

I shall be 16 months old on the 10th of this month :)

Ann Staub said: Hi Bernie - I just have to say that you are ADORABLE! But you probably already knew that ;)

I know, I know *Blush* Mum tells me more than once a day

Black and White Sunday: Looking extra handsome - 30 March 2014

Laika asked: Do you like to watch the TV, Bernie?

When I'm not snoozing! I snuggle up to mums legs to watch telly normally. My favourite channel is Animal Planet and my favourite show is Bondi Vet :)

weliveinaflat asked: What's on the telly that has your eyes glued, handsome? ;)

I was watching the News and waiting for the weather man to tell us about all the sunshine we're due.

Monday Mischief: Almost made it! - 31 March 2014

Sue Kottwitz said: LOL. Hmmm... who needs a number 1 key when you've got a number 1 Frenchie. Right, Bernie? ;-)

Exactly Sue! This comment definitely lightened the mood for my stressed out daddy. It made us all giggle. Thanks for posting it!

Rama's Mama said: Hi Bernie! So nice to meet you! I laughed aloud when I imagined those keys flying as you scurried across Dad's laptop! I hope that number 1 shows up soon. ;-) We are a new follower of your blog and can't wait to read more of your adventures!

Hi! Thanks for following! We're glad it made you laugh. The number 1 key never did show up so a new one was ordered. Now I think about it... That one hasn't shown up either? Bother.

A is for April Fools! - 1 April 2014

Greyhounds CAN Sit said: Congratulations on your well deserved award Bernie and thank you so much for passing it on to us! We're going to be needing all the sunshine we can get soon as our days get shorter. I must say you look very dapper in your Dad's glasses and tie. He has good taste in clothes as well as dogs ;)

Thank you :) and you more than deserved it! Our days have just gotten longer here! I shall tell my dad that. He'll be very happy.

Christina Berry said: Hey thank you for our award! :) We are so very grateful! Hmmm, 10 things? We'll have to think about that and get back to you! I wish I'd seen the Warby Barker thing yesterday - what a great thing to share on April Fool's Day! I love their glasses, and I must admit Miss Nike would look oh so sweet in a pair, too! :)

You're very welcome! We love your blog and look forward to your '10 things'. We'd also love to see a photo of Miss Nike in glasses!
B is for Baby Brother - 2 April 2014

SlimDoggy asked: How exciting for you - I'm sure you will be a good big brother, right?

The best! I'm going to teach him all the tricks mum taught me :D Maybe not toileting in the garden though...

Kari Neumeyer said: It's also for Big Brother isn't it? You're doing a great job already!

Hehe, it is indeed! Mum says so. I'm there for snuggles when she needs some comfort and I'm keeping her nice and active now that she's on maternity leave too

C is for Care - 3 April 2014

Jenna,Mark Drady said: Oh wow! Thanks so much! I had no idea that was this month!!!!! Starting tomorrow that ribbon will be on my posts every day this month! Thanks for sharing this info!!!And thanks for linking up with us! ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack

No problemo! We had only read about it the day before on our friends blog. It's lovely that you're adding it to all your posts. What a good way to spread the word :)

D is for Danger - 4 April 2014

auntyamo said: Hi visiting from AtoZ. My goodness I had no idea ow many day to day things were dangerous for pets. I'm not a pet owner but I must be careful as I know many who are. Really great blogging subject. Must tell my dog loving friends about your blog! Enjoy the madness of April :) Annmarie

It's scary how many things can cause harm isn't it. Thank you for the lovely comment and for telling your friends about us :)

Laika said: I'm sure glad you did a blog post about all that dangerous stuff. I love grapes, and now mom told me I can't have grapes anymore. I sure am glad I didn't get sick before she knew.

Oh my goodness! We're so glad that you took the time to read our blog then. You wouldn't think grapes caused harm looking at them. My favourite fruits that mum shares with me are bananas, apples, oranges and kiwis - These are all safe and ever-so yummy.

Jen deHaan | DOGthusiast.com | StylishCanine.com said: I love how you add the toxicity ranking (mild to severe) - very helpful. Might be the only one on the list, but garlic is actually quite beneficial in small amounts.

You're right! Garlic is beneficial in small doses. Mum certainly wouldn't give me a whole clove but she does give me Dorwests Garlic and Fenugreek tablets which keep my immune system lovely and healthy.

E is for Easidri - 5 April 2014

weliveinaflat said: Interesting, didn't know such a coat exist!! Glad you enjoy it ;)
They're pretty nifty and very beneficial to brachycephalic breeds like myself who struggle in hot weather. I love mine as it means I get to play outside longer and still go for my regular walks :)

That's the week wrapped up once again! Thanks for all your kind comments, even those not mentioned (there was so many this week!) Nap time!

Follow-Up Friday

Posted on Friday, 28 March 2014

Welcome to our very first 'Follow-Up Friday' post which will be permanently replacing 'Fridays Frenchie Finds'.

Every Friday we will now be wrapping up the week by responding to some of our reader's comments and questions that have been kindly left on our posts.

Laika said: Hoorrayyy for your mom and dad's parents who open their door for you, so you will have some adorable platmates.

We are incredibly lucky to have such supportive family members. I have loved having lots of new playmates also. Both humans and dogs and been incredibly welcoming to us.

Earl Lover said: Wilf (and Bella!) are lovely dogs it seems! Have fun little Bernie!

They're technically my Aunt and Uncle! How funny is that?! I've had tonnes of fun with both of them. Bella loves to chuck toys up in the air for me to catch whilst Wilf likes to run with them in his mouth to make me chase him.

Kelley Caton said: Wilf is gorgeous . . . not that we're a biased, GSD family or anything. Glad to hear that he shares toys. Roxy does not.

He's such a big softy and he's loved playing with all my toys. He carries them down low so that I can grab hold of them easily. He's awesome :D

Pawed Couture said: Hi Bernie! It's so lovely to meet you... I LOVE your camo coat, it is such a shame it doesn't fit anymore but maybe you will get a lovely new one for next year?
Hugs, Carrie (Myfie, Ellie and Millie) x

Thank you, it's lovely to meet you too :) I'm sure mum will find me something equally as snazzy to wear next time the cold weather comes in.

Jeanne Pursell said: Hi there!! We are popping in to say hello!! What a beautiful blog you have here! You really are hidden in that camouflage!

Hi Jeanne! We're really glad you like our blog as we'd just given it a brand new look this week! We changed absolutely everything! Template, banner, layout, buttons... The lot!

M. K. Clinton said: I almost didn't see you in your camouflage! BOL!! Bark More, Growl Less Barking from the Bayou!

That was the best thing about that coat! I won at all the hide and seek games!

howiadoptedyourbrother said: No food is safe around here. Everything has to be locked up... mostly to keep the CAT from getting it. But the dogs are opportunists and will happily eat anything he happens to leave lying around.

I really don't like cats! Especially not the two that we were staying with before. They would occasionally eat my kibble but more than anything they'd enjoy barracading me in one of the many bedrooms. Big meanies!

Emma said: We all eat at the same time out of our own bowls, but if we get up and leave without finishing, one of us will go clean out the bowl in no time flat!

I have different feeding times to the dogs here and mum doesn't want to upset my routine that I've had the same for so long so we get shut off from one another when our own feeding times come. We shan't be staying here much longer anyway.

OhMyShihTzu said: There is nothing greater in the world than a smooshy face!!!

We couldn't agree more! We love our smooshy faced breeds. Their little faces are just so kissable!

Jackie Bouchard said: Cute! I'd love to snuggle up with you! It's a chilly day here in So Cal, so perfect for snuggling!

We love nothing more than a good snuggle! I always insist on getting under the duvet with mum and dad in the mornings. I head-butt them until they lift the duvet for me! BOL! Enjoy your snuggles!

Ruckus Eskie asked: HAHA you became the scardey cat?! Getting to know the black and whites. I love that title. Thanks for sharing on Thoughtless Thursday! PS...maybe you will just need more time to warm up to them!

Yep! Everything improves with time :) It's helped that they've been over every day this week. Toby wanted to play again today but I'm still not quite sure. He's so huge! Let's hope I can be a little bit braver with him next week.

Earl Lover said: How fun! Have joined up, and will use tomorrow's EW special 'Paws Up! Its Friday!' to link up an post some paw some ideas. PAWSOME!! Lots of Woofs from Earl and I at Earls World!

That's brilliant news! Looking forward to reading your post and ideas today! I think this challenge is going to be just fab for bringing our blog on.

Me, You and Zu said: I'm so glad you signed up for the challenge and our A-Z Blog Hop! I love your list of ideas...I'm super impressed with all that you have. I'm still lacking a few letters.... :) I can't wait to see your posts and get to know you guys better! Ruby ~ Me, You and Zu

We're glad too! We're also proud to be part of the blog hop! It took us a good couple hours to come up with our list but we're very pleased with it. We'll occasionally think of something new and go back and add it on too. You're very welcome to use any of our ideas, that is why we shared them after all :) See you in April!

weliveinaflat said: I thought the AtoZ is quite a challenge. Good luck with that! ;)

It sure is but we love nothing more than a challenge and we think it will be very beneficial for us to take part and will help bring our blogging along.
